The successful candidate will have working knowledge of the System x and x86 server product family including eX5 and typically encountered installed IBM and competitive products, The successful candidate must have functional knowledge of storage and networking options, and IBM and typically encountered system programs, system management, and applications.
The System x sales specialist has two years of extensive experience in the System x marketplace, selling System x customer solutions. This certified specialist has experience assessing customer business requirements, utilizing sales tools and resources, developing and delivering solutions, and managing customer relationships.
To attain the IBM Certified Specialist - System x Sales V6 certification, candidates must pass 1 test.
